Return - exchanged

I can If No Received Product Back Return?

The product can be exchanged during 48 hours after receiving parcels in following cases:

• Product Damaged. During transportation;
• The product has a facroty foult;
• Product characteristics do not match with the features described on the web site;
• By mistake you received another product.

For other reasons the order is not subject to return.

How to return a Product ?

1. Return through the webpage

- Put purchased product into the original packaging and place it in the mailbox.

To send or replace the product, please send us or personally bring product to the following address: "Lilo Prodact Service", Tbilisi, Kakheti highway # 112, 0151.

- Print a form to return the item from the web.

- Click on "My Account", then select "Order".

- Find the right order, fill the product return or exchange form "Request for Change or Return" where you have to specify the reason for returning the product.

- Click the link "Return".

- Glue form to return box, so that you can read the completed form.

As soon as the returned product comes to our address, we will notify you by e-mail.

Can I cancel Return process ?

What time is needed for refund?

The amount will be returned to the bank account (card) for 5 business days after the application is satisfied .

The duration of the guarantee depends on the specificity of the product.

What should I do if product was damaged during transportation ?

If your product or packaging was damaged during delivery (transaction), you should not take the item from the courier and immediately contact us.
